DELIVERY

How Do You Ship My Orders?
Abuja orders are fulfilled by HuruNow Logistics. All other orders outside of Abuja, Domestic & International, are in partnership with DHL.

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order confirmation email. Allow until this date for your order to arrive. Below are the estimated delivery timeframes: Abuja estimated 1-5 Business days upon payment verification; Outside Abuja expected 2-5 Business Days (Domestic) and 7 Business Days (International).

At this present time, KVL is online store only with pick up locations

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Bank Transfer options. For Abuja locations only, we accept pay on delivery via POS or cash for transactions ₦40K and under.

PRODUCTS & STOCK

Once an item is in your cart, we advise that you purchase it within 60 minutes. In the event an item is out of stock, please send us an email (info@kingsvineluxury.com) and we will get back to you within 24-48 Hrs. of your inquiry.

Our desire is to see you fitted nicely in clothes, but we recognize that there is some variance across brands as well as body types. Use our size guide, but pay close attention to details including material for clothing items for assessing if it’s for you. If something is way off, please contact us.

ORDERS & ISSUES

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The status of your order can be found under My Account > Orders.

You can cancel your order for any reason but must do so within 15 minutes of completing your order. Thereafter, you can return items (see Return Policy).
