A Marketing Associate’s role involves contributing and assisting in the creation and implementation of campaign initiatives. In our early stages, the Marketing Associate will play a vital role when ideating and measuring effective advertising to shape brand awareness to ultimately achieve KVL’s sales goals as well as customer retention.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and Execute daily administrative tasks to ensure Marketing initiatives run effectively
- Assist with and in many instances lead organizing promotional events; while helping in brand strategy
- Coordinate Marketing Design and Content needs, outsourcing where necessary
- Identify and execute on new opportunities discovered through market research while constantly assessing market competitors’
- Maintain records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
Requirements
- Highly detail oriented, with strong planning capabilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing/social media tools (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) as well as the Microsoft Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that can relay key marketing initiatives to clients, internal and external
- Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns a plus
- Love for trendy styles and goods is a plus but not a necessity
- Bachelor’s Degrees are welcome but not a pre-requisite (we want talented individuals with a strong work ethic, bottom line)

We are seeking a reliable and adaptive Logistics Manager to head up distribution operations. With persistence, tenacity, and attentiveness, the Logistic Manager will coordinate our first implementation of inventory management as the primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers. The Logistics Manager works in concert with our Sales personnel to optimize operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage, track and report on the daily supply and shipment of goods
- Develop and manage logistics Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure that all shipments are in compliance with interstate traffic laws and regulations
- Supervise the logistics team (2)
- Investigate and respond to shipping complaints, lost items, and damages
- Liaise with management team to integrate logistics workflow with all relevant processes within the business
Requirements
- Detail oriented, with ability to manage multiple competing projects
- Flexibility in the face of challenges
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Excel specifically)
- Excellent communication skills
