In Year One (2020), there are NO registration or set up costs affiliated with joining due to first sellers’ advantage. We simply apply commission rates based on category (see below). We want to keep you onboard with KingsVine Luxury beyond Year One, but recognize that you are evaluating us, so please note that you are free to cancel at any point in time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We’d prefer to have items on hand in our warehouse to then assign a tracking number, but we can be flexible to retrieve from you especially if you are based in Abuja as a vendor, provided we want to ensure that the customer does not have to wait upwards of a week for domestic sales.
We are currently based in Abuja. Saham Plaza, Plot No. 10, Suite B14, Alexandria Crescent Wuse 2, Abuja, FCT. We are exploring Lagos logistics options.
Abuja orders are fulfilled by our local logistics partners. All other orders outside of Abuja, Domestic & International, are in partnership with DHL. We are currently exploring further our Lagos logistics’ options.
Abuja based vendors will have goods picked by our local logistics partners. All other goods shipped, are advised to use DHL for non-Abuja locations. We again are making provisions for Lagos based stores, details TBD.
Customers will receive an estimated delivery date within their Order confirmation email. They are given notice before purchasing on delivery timeframes. Below are the estimated delivery timeframes by location:
- Abuja estimated 1-5 Business days upon payment verification;
- Outside Abuja expected 2-5 Business Days (Domestic) and 7 Business Days (International).
All payment processing powered by Paystack and Paypal for our Customers.
For you, the business owner, we will pay you via your mode of choice – whether that is via a verified PayPal account and/or 3) bank transfer on a weekly basis.
Please note that in our Year One (2020), we currently do not have a registration fee in place. However, a commission rate is applied by category. Refer to our Commission Rates document, which itemizes our commission rates for your reference. Also, take into account that we recognize that if you are to join, you will be evaluating the relationship, and free to cancel at any point in time.
For full transparency, we are finalizing a registration and affiliated costing structure that will be effective in 2021.
